Targovax ASA: Update on bookbuilding for the private placement of NOK 100 – 130 million

Targovax ASA (“Targovax” or the “Company”) hereby updates the market on the status of the bookbuilding for the Company’s private placement of NOK 100-130 million. Reference is made to the press release from the Company dated 20 June 2016.

The Joint Global Coordinators in the private placement have now received orders such that the private placement is subscribed within the indicated transaction size range. The price per share in the private placement is NOK 7.50.

The application period will close at 16:30 CET today, 21 June 2016, unless shortened or extended at the Company’s sole discretion.

ABG Sundal Collier, Arctic Securities and DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, are acting as Joint Global Coordinators and Bookrunners for the private placement (the “Joint Global Coordinators”).
