Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made on 17 March 2017 regarding Targovax ASA’s (“Targovax” or the “Company”) resolution to apply for a transfer of the listing of the Company’s shares from Oslo Axess to the main list on Oslo Stock Exchange.
The board of directors of the Oslo Stock Exchange has today approved Targovax for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The first day of trading on the main list will be Thursday 23 March 2017. The CEO of Targovax, Øystein Soug, will ring the bell at the start of trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange at 09:00 hours CET.
