Harald Arnet, CEO in Datum AS, was elected to be member of Targovax’s Board of Directors. Furthermore Anders Tuv, Investment Director in Radiumhospitalets Forskningsstiftelse, and Jan Haudemann-Andersen, Chair in Datum AS, were elected observers to the Board. The election was in accordance with the Board’s proposal and took place in the extraordinary general meeting today.
