Circio Holding ASA: Registration of share capital increase following private placement of approximately NOK 250 million

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Circio Holding ASA (the "Company") on 8 April 2026, whereby the Company announced the allocation of 23,148,148 new shares in the Company, raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 250 million (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares in the Private Placement has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today, 14 April 2026. The Company's new share capital is now NOK 142,832,901 divided into 238,054,835 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.60.
