Following the registration of Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC (“Atlas”) conversion of 12,820,512 new shares in Circio Holding ASA 21 September 2023, Atlas has crossed the 5% major shareholding threshold. Atlas holds 14,984,149 shares in Circio, corresponding to 6.97% of the share capital and voting rights in Circio Holding ASA.
